CEO
Glen brings 30 years of experience in commercial insurance, with deep expertise in corporate property insurance. He has held senior roles at leading global insurers and is known for tackling complex risks.
At Harland Green, Glen is focused on developing insurance solutions for overlooked sectors—those that are complex, emerging, or underserved—while driving positive environmental and social outcomes.

Peter Drinnan
Head of Claims
Peter brings over 25 years claims experience including exposure to a variety of different types of claims and insurance products. Peter has a focus on efficiency and leads our claims team with a commitment to resolving claims promptly with transparency and fairness.

Shahzeem brings over 15 years of combined insurance and technology expertise to Harland Green, where his passion for driving innovation and leveraging data enhances the insurance experience for everyone involved. His deep understanding of insurance platforms, technologies, and processes ensures Harland Green’s tech strategy remains modern and effective. He has managed projects and technology implementations of all sizes, delivering scalable solutions across the organisation.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Michelle is a seasoned professional with a proven track record for developing innovative solutions and driving successful outcomes across many facets of insurance. With a deep understanding of strategic operations and risk management, Michelle thrives on identifying challenges and implementing practical, customer-focused solutions. She is passionate about delivering value and brings expertise in risk analysis, strategic problem solving and enhancing customer outcomes through tailored solutions.
Scott Luxford
Head of Distribution
Scott has over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance industry, knowledge gained in London, the US and most recently in Australia. A thirst for knowledge and desire to craft solutions for Broker partners and their customers allows Scott to think outside the box and always try to find a way. Scott has a passionate and enthusiastic Customer and Broker focus. That paired with a relentless service mentality means he is a great asset to our Underwriting and Distribution efforts.

Jacqueline is an experienced insurance professional, who has enjoyed various roles across claims, underwriting, distribution and agencies. With a keen interest in corporate governance and a background in insurance litigation, Jacqueline is uniquely placed to lead our legal, risk and compliance function.
